A real estate investment strategy where an investor purchases real estate with intent to hold them for a long time and with the goal of price appreciation and/or generating positive cash flow.

Up to 90% of Purchase Price + 100% of Construction Costs with Refinance at 75% LTV

Cash-Out Refinance

A real estate investment strategy where an investor owns a property free and clear and takes out a loan against that property. The loan amount is above total transaction costs and other related expenses.
